ID requirements.
Adults (18+)
A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID is required for every piercing. Accepted: driver's license, state ID, passport, or military ID.
Minors (under 18)
- Parent or legal guardian must be present for the entire appointment.
- Parent/guardian's valid government-issued photo ID.
- Minor's photo ID (school ID, state ID, or passport). For infants and small children without an ID, a certified birth certificate is required.
- Proof of guardianship matching the parent's ID — certified birth certificate listing the parent, or court-issued legal guardianship paperwork. Last names not matching? Bring supporting documentation.
- Step-parents and other relatives cannot consent without legal guardianship paperwork.
Infants must be at least 6 months old for ear lobe piercings. A record of birth is required for infants up to 12 months old to verify the correct age.
Infant ear piercings are available 12pm–4pm only.
Piercing price includes basic jewelry, upgrades available for some piercings.
Prices listed do not include upgraded jewelry. Premium gold, opal, and gem options available in our showroom. Tax not included.
